 Roasted butternut squash and leek soup with crusty bread (VE)

Crispy fried Halloumi with walnuts, poached apple and red onion and

beetroot salad

Chicken liver parfait with real ale chutney, toasted ciabatta and

mixed leaf

Hot smoked salmon with horseradish cream, crispy capers, pickled

cucumber and brown bread

MAINS

Roasted Turkey breast served with cranberry & sage stuffing, chipolata,

roast potatoes, shredded sprouts, carrots and gravy


Slow cooked Pork belly with glazed carrots, wholegrain mustard mash

and cider gravy

Roast Salmon fillet with sauteed new potatoes, cherry tomatoes and

leeks with herbed hollandaise sauce

Aubergine, red lentil and tomato crumble with seasonal vegetables
